The SSA-AUTO-L Online Secure Seal Analyzer is a full automatic quality control system designed and developed by AT2E for connecting to the product lines to carry out automatic secure seal analyze and provide measure data for instant inspection. The entire test process is free of operators’ intervention, which removes all the human influence factors and makes the results more accurate, reliable and reproducible. Innovative water-free design, better adaptability to the working environment, more convenient to use and maintenance. With test chamber auto cleaning spray system, one-key to clean the test chamber automatically.
SSA-AUTO-L is equipped with the AT2E patented piercing unit, which automatically pierce and carry out the pressurization process on different kinds of beverage bottles. By the AT2E special design, the piercing needle is auto held on the product being pierced to form a seal condition. During the test process, the highprecision detecting system is able to detect whether leakage has occurred in the sample automatically and precisely. Once leakage is detected, the test will be stopped automatically and the peak pressure at which the leak occurs will be recorded.
The SSA-AUTO-L uses a dual leak detection method with general secure seal performance testing + microleak detection which is able to determine the test result automatically and ensures the result accuracy. The general secure seal performance testing method can detect the obvious leakage state (with continuous bubbles) between the cap and finish, while the micro-leak (μ grade) could be missed. The micro-leak detection effectively makes up for the shortcomings in the general secure seal performance testing method, it is able to detect the pressure fluctuations caused by the micro-leakage, and greatly reducing the chance of misjudgment, actually achieving auto detection and accurate determination. The general secure seal performance testing + micro-leak detection method which first introduced by AT2E provides an effective guarantee for the automated quality control of secure seal performance of products.
It is optional to integrate the bottle inner-pressure measuring function, which meets the requirements of some customers who need to measure the bottle inner-pressure prior to the secure seal performance test. One sample for two test items, which improves the quality control efficiency and reduces the sample consumption.
