PBDT-1 PET bottle drop tester

The PBDT-1 PET bottle drop tester is used to test the anti drop impact performance of PET bottle products, which can make the testing more repeatable. Meets the requirements of national standards (GB/T 4857.5, GB/T 17876) for PET bottle drop testing. The maximum diameter of the test bottle can reach 160mm, and the drop height range is 800-2000mm.

PBDT-1 can also be equipped with a drop angle adjustment component to meet special testing requirements. The side wall stopper is adjustable and suitable for PET bottles ranging from 150ml to 4L. Can perform upright or supine drop tests. The stainless steel body and other safety designs ensure the safety, durability, and easy cleaning of the instrument. The bottom plate is equipped with a drainage valve for easy cleaning and maintenance. The front of the instrument is equipped with a transparent safety door, which facilitates observation and removal of the completed test sample.
